Geopancar Sdn Bhd is a leading specialist contractor in deep foundations, retaining structures, basement construction, bored piling, diaphragm walls, ERSS, and reinforced concrete works. We are seeking an experienced Piling & Foundation Site Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee foundation and geotechnical construction projects throughout Malaysia.

The Piling & Foundation Site Engineer and/or Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, coordinating workers, subcontractors, and machinery, ensuring work is carried out safely and according to specifications, and maintaining productivity and quality standards on site.

Candidates without piling, foundation, retaining wall, or geotechnical construction experience will not be considered.

• Supervise bored piling, foundation, retaining wall, diaphragm wall, and basement construction works.

• Coordinate daily activities of workers, subcontractors, rig operators, crane operators, and suppliers.

• Monitor site productivity and ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

• Ensure proper sequencing of construction activities.

• Inspect reinforcement cages, pile cut-off levels, concrete works, and foundation construction activities.

• Monitor pile installation records and ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Identify and report quality issues promptly.

• Assist project engineers in site inspections and quality documentation.

• Enforce site safety requirements and company procedures.

• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.

• Ensure workers comply with CIDB, DOSH, and site safety regulations.

• Coordinate with safety personnel to maintain a safe working environment.

• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.

• Report site progress, delays, and issues to project management.

• Maintain accurate daily site records and site reports.

• Assist with material planning and equipment scheduling.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in piling, foundation, geotechnical, or basement construction.

• Experience supervising bored piling works is mandatory.

• Experience with diaphragm walls, ERSS, retaining walls, or deep basements is highly preferred.

• Experience coordinating piling rigs, cranes, and heavy construction equipment.

• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.

• Familiarity with pile records, concrete records, and site documentation.

• Understanding of reinforcement works, pile construction methodology, and foundation systems.

• Basic understanding of surveying and setting-out works is an advantage.

• Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent practical experience in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related field.

• CIDB Green Card required.

• Valid driving licence preferred.

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

• Responsible, proactive, and hands-on approach to site management.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
