• Drive end-to-end project delivery—from initial planning and scoping through execution, launch, and post-launch support.
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and milestones for onboarding divisions to DRE platform products.
• Coordinate infrastructure engineering projects including architecture design, build, integration, testing, and operational readiness.
• Facilitate alignment between engineering, operations, business analysts, and product stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and delivery outcomes.
• Conduct regular status updates, track dependencies, mitigate risks, and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure technical and operational documentation is complete and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support quality assurance, change management, and post-deployment reviews for continuous improvement.
• Establish delivery standards, improve workflows, and support team retrospectives to refine delivery processes.

• Projects consistently delivered on time, within budget, and meeting all security and compliance requirements.
• Zero critical incidents during customer onboarding and infrastructure deployments
• Improved stakeholder satisfaction across business users and technical teams
• Streamlined delivery processes that reduce project completion time

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical projects in infrastructure, platform, or enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of software or infrastructure engineering practices including CI/CD, system design, and production operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled in project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and documentation platforms (e.g., Confluence, Google Workspace).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in agile, iterative delivery environments.

• Background in infrastructure/platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
• Experience with enterprise-wide system migration projects.
