Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team, including managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings.
• Travel Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and preparing and processing expense reports
• Office administrative support: purchase stationery, office supplies, manage PROC intranet/iShares/Sharedrive, facilities management, and PROC contracts delivery upon signature.
• Meeting and Event coordination: Coordinate and arrange meetings, workshops, events, and functions.
• Adhoc assignments from HOD or Senior Leaders
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in financial services
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and travel management software
• Ability to work with sensitive information confidentially
