Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all end-user technology support and workplace IT services.
- Provide onsite and remote support for hardware, software, mobility, collaboration, connectivity, audio/visual, conference room, and related technology services.
- Troubleshoot, coordinate, and resolve incidents, service requests, operational issues, and user inquiries in accordance with established processes and service levels.
- Support workplace technologies, endpoint devices, mobile services, telecommunications services, and associated operational activities.
- Coordinate device provisioning, deployment, refresh, recovery, inventory management, logistics, asset tracking, and lifecycle activities.
- Manage and maintain assigned ticket queues and ensure timely resolution, escalation, communication, and documentation of support activities.
- Serve as liaison between end users, Digital Workplace teams, service providers, telecommunications carriers, vendors, and other IT support organizations.
- Support mobile phone operations, telecommunications services, billing inquiries, service activations, inventory management, carrier coordination, and issue resolution.
- Provide onsite hands-and-eyes support for infrastructure, network, security, workplace technology, and project-related activities as required.
- Support implementation, deployment, and adoption of new technologies, site initiatives, and business projects.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, cybersecurity requirements, asset management controls, regulatory obligations, and applicable operational standards.
- Provide guidance and support to users regarding approved technologies, processes, policies, and self-service capabilities.
- Maintain accurate operational records, asset information, inventories, and documentation.
- Identify service improvement opportunities and proactively address recurring issues affecting user experience and operational efficiency.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities related to workplace technology services, end-user support, mobility services, asset management, telecommunications operations, and digital workplace initiatives as assigned by leadership.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Degree in Information Technology or equivalent in relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in PC, hardware, software support & IT security, preferably
- Ability to perform PC hardware and software trouble-shooting with experience in the use of diagnostic programs and tools
- Level 1 & 2 Support
