Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Frontend Developer to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical part in building and enhancing secure, high-performing web and mobile applications that serve public and internal needs. You will collaborate closely with backend developers and key stakeholders to deliver seamless, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate is adaptable, highly detail-oriented, and capable of operating effectively within a structured and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web & Mobile Development: Develop robust and scalable web applications utilizing React, and build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and/or Flutter.
• System Integration: Seamlessly integrate frontend interfaces with backend APIs to ensure smooth and secure data flow and functionality.
• UI Implementation: Translate design requirements into responsive, accessible, and highly user-friendly user interfaces across multiple devices and screen sizes.
• Optimization: Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and assist in improving application performance, speed, and overall usability.
• Quality Assurance: Actively participate in peer code reviews, debugging, and comprehensive testing to maintain high code quality and security standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, project managers, and government stakeholders to ensure features are delivered on time and meet strict project requirements.

Candidate Requirements

Must-Haves (Minimum Qualifications):

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven professional experience in frontend web and mobile development.
• Mobile Frameworks: Demonstrable hands-on experience developing with Flutter.
• Core Languages: High proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript, alongside mastery of HTML and CSS.
• Development Tools: Solid understanding of and experience with modern build tools and package managers (specifically npm tools).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

• Security Context: Prior exposure to or experience building applications within secure, highly regulated, or government environments.
• API Mastery: Strong, proven track record of integrating complex frontend architectures with backend APIs.
• Design Sensibility: Background or strong interest in UI/UX design principles, with the ability to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous commitment to UI quality, ensuring pixel-perfect and bug-free implementations.
• Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
