We are a well-established pharmaceutical group with headquarters based in Hong Kong. We market and distribute a host of renowned pharmaceutical and healthcare products to private clinics, hospitals and general consumers. To cope with our business expansion, we are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join us for the following position:

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Provide application support and system administration.

Provide support for small-scale ERP systems and handle user enquiries.

Conduct IT Procurement

Provide system and data support to the Sales Department.

Prepare management reports and ad hoc data extraction.

Qualifications and Experience

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in technical support or system administration is preferred.

ERP support experience is preferred.

Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially Pivot Tables.

Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.

Willing to work during non-office hours occasionally
