Backend Engineer – Lead

Additional responsibilities:

 Lead and mentor engineers, providing technical guidance and conducting

code reviews

 Design, build, and deploy applications using low code/no code platforms such

as OutSystems

 Develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business

processes and improve operational efficiency

 Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, including

user guides, technical specifications, and support materials

 Drive day-to-day technical decision-making on system architecture, code

quality, and platform implementation, in alignment with the Customer's

platform governance standards and CAMP architecture

Additional experiences:

 Demonstrated experience leading a team of engineers in delivering end-to-

end digital products

 Proficiency in low code/no code platforms such as OutSystems, with relevant

certifications being a plus

 Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database

systems (SQL)

 Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup and managing low-

code product features, including rules engine, workflow, process logic, data

validations, screen flows, and page layouts

 Experience integrating applications with AI or machine learning services is a

plus for resources assigned to develop and integrate AI-enabled capabilities
