BASIC PAY :
RM 3,500.00 - RM 5,000.00 (per month)

Job Description

• Provide presales support and design network solutions (LAN, WAN and WiFi)
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
• Prepare system design, technical proposals, BOQ, and cost estimates
• Review tender documents and ensure compliance with technical requirements
• Present solutions and provide technical clarification to clients and internal teams
• Work closely with vendors and principals on product selection and design
• Support sales team on pricing and solution positioning
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and Proof of Concept (POC) when required
• Support project handover to delivery team after project award

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Networking, or related field
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, switching, routing, wireless)
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to explain technical solutions in a simple and clear manner
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge for Microsoft offices software.

Personally:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in networking or presales role
• Hands-on experience with multiple networking brands such as Ruckus, Huawei, Cisco, Aruba
• Knowledge of enterprise networking solutions (WiFi, switching)
• Experience working with customers, consultants, or system integrators
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Working Hours:

• 9am until 6pm.
• Monday till Friday (depend on state government), public holiday follow government calendar.
