• Manage salon operations efficiently across six working days, including weekends, to ensure smooth service delivery
• Apply comprehensive hairdressing skills to maintain high-quality client services and satisfaction
• Lead and motivate the salon team to foster a collaborative and productive work environment
• Drive sales performance by promoting packages and services to meet business targets
• Demonstrate dedication and passion in delivering professional salon management and customer care

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salon Manager
• Experience in sales and package promotion within a salon setting
