• Location: Walking distance from Raffles Place

Job scope:

• Process accounts payable, prepare journal entries, perform month-end closing, maintain accounting records, and submit GST (F5) filings in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare payroll, CPF contributions, IR8A forms, Employment Pass applications, government claims, and maintain employee leave and attendance records.
• Coordinate office administration, including vendor management, office maintenance, insurance renewals, service contracts, and liaise with company secretary, auditors, government agencies, and external service providers.
• Handle directors' personal administrative matters with discretion and provide general administrative support, including ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in accounting, especially in Accounts Payable (AP).
• Basic knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF, GST, IR8A, and Employment Pass processing is an advantage.
