Job Description


Supporting sales administration through quotations, price lists, tenders, contracts, and commercial documentation.
Preparing and analyzing sales reports, dashboards, forecasts, and performance metrics to support management decisions.
Managing customer pricing structures, contract administration, and timely implementation of price revisions.
Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, and other teams to resolve operational issues and support business initiatives.
Maintaining accurate ERP data, ensuring data integrity, and driving process improvements through automation and digitalization initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and performing other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements


Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sales Administration, Commercial Support or Sales Coordination.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Power BI.
Good knowledge of ERP systems and sales reporting tools.
