Job Description

Role Summary:
The Program Manager will lead and manage manufacturing projects from conception through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to business requirements. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and supporting business growth in the semiconductor, life-sciences, and medical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.
• Identify project risks and develop appropriate solutions to address issues.
• Prepare regular project updates and reports for senior management.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and key business stakeholders.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities within semiconductor, life-sciences, and medical markets.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 3* years of project/program management experience*, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge or network within the semiconductor, life-sciences, or medical sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
