Job Description

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Manage staff schedules and manpower.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards are maintained.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock, ordering, and wastage.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety standards.
• Support sales targets and other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant/F&B experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
