Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare, review, and process invoices, payments, receipts, journal entries, and other accounting transactions.
• Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, customer and supplier statements, and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing relevant reports and accounting schedules.
• Maintain accurate and complete accounting records in compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, auditors, and internal departments regarding invoices, payments, and other accounting-related matters.
• Ensure proper documentation, filing, and maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
• Support daily finance operations, budgeting activities, and other ad hoc assignments as required by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong interest in accounting are also welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bookkeeping, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software such as SQL Accounting, AutoCount, UBS, or similar systems.
• Good command of both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and business partners.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
• Responsible, organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
