Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Application Support Specialist to provide technical support, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure business applications operate smoothly. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level application support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Monitor system performance and application availability.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate with development teams.
• Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Assist with application testing, upgrades, and deployments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of application or technical support experience.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, databases, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing or IT service management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
