Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day client relationships, including attending client meetings and supporting Account Managers where required.
• Maintain timely and consistent communication with clients and internal account teams on project updates, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct market, consumer, and industry research and assist with data analysis to support brand and marketing communications strategies.
• Assist in developing advertising briefs based on client requirements, research findings, and data insights.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Support vendor management, including vendor sourcing, bidding processes, performance evaluation, and transparency management.
• Coordinate with vendors on project implementation and identify opportunities to improve service quality and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Participate actively in monthly team finance meetings and support budget and financial tracking where required.
• Share relevant internal and external information, insights, knowledge, and industry trends with the team.
• Execute tasks and responsibilities assigned by the superior accurately and in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate and uphold the company's shared values in all aspects of work.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging clients and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of account servicing, project management, and marketing communications.
• Ability to conduct market/consumer research and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with advertising, digital marketing, content development, and various marketing communication channels.
• Proficient in relevant digital tools and applications.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with good problem-solving skills.
