Senior Cloud Platform Engineer – Digital Factory Platform

Location: Singapore

Experience: 10+ Years

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate JTC's Azure-based Digital Factory Platform, enabling secure, scalable, and self-service cloud capabilities for digital products and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage Azure cloud platform services across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.
• Build Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure Bicep) and automate provisioning.
• Develop CI/CD and GitOps pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar tools.
• Implement DevSecOps, security guardrails, policy-as-code, and compliance automation.
• Manage Azure identity and access (Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access).
• Build observability, monitoring, dashboards, and FinOps capabilities.
• Support AI-enabled applications with secure deployment, containerization, API management, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and business stakeholders to deliver reusable platform services.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Azure Cloud Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Azure Landing Zones, Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Defender for Cloud, API Management, Azure Container Apps/App Services, and Azure Cost Management.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform/Azure Bicep, CI/CD, GitOps, and DevSecOps.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, PIM, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and enterprise identity.
• Knowledge of containers, cloud-native applications, APIs, and AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

Experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, AI governance, SRE, FinOps, Microsoft Sentinel, and Government/regulated cloud environments.
