Professional Job Description

The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and forward-looking analysis across. The role involves providing financial insights to support business decisions, monitoring financial performance, and working with regional stakeholders to improve business results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead regional financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Analyse financial performance and identify key business trends and variances.

Prepare management reports and financial presentations for senior stakeholders.

Develop financial models and forward-looking business analysis.

Partner with commercial and functional teams to support business planning.

Monitor revenue, costs, profitability, and other key financial indicators.

Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

Relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or financial planning.

Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Experience preparing management reports and financial presentations.

Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work effectively with regional and cross-functional teams.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
