We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Assistant to help bring the retail side of our store to life. If you love good food, enjoy engaging with customers, and take pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly — we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily upkeep and presentation of the grocery retail space
• Restock shelves, manage product displays, and ensure everything is clean, tidy, and well-labelled
• Provide warm, helpful service to customers — answering product questions and offering recommendations
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, manage cashier duties, and handle transactions accurately
• Support with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries
• Maintain product freshness and rotate stock following FIFO principles
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock-taking as needed
• Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth coordination between retail and restaurant areas
• Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards across all retail and cashiering areas

Who we're looking for

• Prior experience in retail, grocery, or F&B is preferred
• Comfortable handling POS systems and performing cashier duties
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused
• Strong attention to detail and a love for clean, well-organised spaces
• Physically able to lift boxes and restock shelves as needed
• Interest in food, ingredients, and kitchen staples is a plus
