• Handle new booking from customer for new shipment
• Monitor and follow-up shipment and require to update the customer and internal team
• Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes
• Perform airlines space reservation (via phone, emails etc)
• Attend to phone calls regarding shipment and airfreight
• Ensure all assigned jobs are completed efficiently and transmitted accordingly
• Prepare billing for customer and agent
• Ensure accurate and timely preparing billing and costing sheet to billing PIC before accounts closing period
• ISO 9001 coordinator
