About the role

As a Technical Business Analyst / Solutions Analyst, you will turn business requirements into well-designed application solutions across our total CRM ecosystems, payment solutions, and unified retail commerce channels. By analyzing client needs, exploring technology options, and producing clear functional design documents, you will bridge business and technical teams—ensuring smooth development and high-quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops and requirement elicitation meetings to uncover business needs, workflows, and objectives across CRM, CDP, loyalty point engines, payment solutions, and retail commerce systems (e-shop, POS, kiosks, BYOD)

• Collaborate with technical leads to design high-level system architectures and formulate accurate workload and effort estimations to support commercial quotations

• Develop clear and detailed functional specifications, including User Requirement Documents (URDs), workflow diagrams, system logic flows, and acceptance criteria

• Translate business logic into detailed technical specs covering data structures, API contracts, integration flows, and UI/UX behaviors

• Act as the technical liaison during project execution, resolving edge cases and answering developer questions to ensure delivery aligns with agreed specifications

• Stay involved as a technical guide during system integration, testing, and deployment to ensure smooth and quality delivery

• Ensure solutions are sustainable and scalable for multi-system enterprise environments

• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates with actionable recommendations

• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement through proactive and effective communication

• Prepare analytical and technical reports to support decision-making and scope management

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related discipline

• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical business analysis, systems analysis, or solutions design within a software vendor, digital agency, or tech solutions environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into practical technical requirements

• Solid understanding of digital marketing tech stacks (CRM, CDP, loyalty/voucher engines) and retail transaction systems (POS, e-commerce platforms, payment APIs)

• Experience in process analysis, solution design, and documentation within multi-system integration projects

• Strong technical writing skills with a proven portfolio of drafting URDs, functional specs, and integration data flow diagrams

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Proactive mindset with strong critical thinking skills
