岗位职责
Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and maintain sales records.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and documentation.
Follow up on purchase orders, customer payments, and service agreements when required.
Prepare simple sales reports and update customer and vendor records.
Provide customer support, handle enquiries, and assist with sales and marketing activities.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in
sales support, sales administration, or customer service.
Basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
Organised, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
