Senior Manager, HR Operations
Matrix Reporting to: HR Business Partner
Role Description
Full spectrum HR activities 1. Employee Lifecycle Management
Onboarding & Employment Administration
- Support recruitment operational activities such as candidate sourcing coordination and interview arrangements
- Manage end ‑ to ‑ end onboarding processes including contract issuance, document verification, medical examination coordination, work pass processing, system setup, and logistics.
- Manage operational support for Non ‑ Traditional Source (NTS) workforce, including coordination of travel and accommodation where applicable.
Probation, Contracts & Exits
- Manage probation confirmation processes in partnership with line managers.
- Monitor fixed ‑ term contracts and manage renewals in compliance with local legislation.
- Ensure effective and compliant offboarding processes, including statutory notifications and work pass updates.
2. HR Data & Reporting
- Maintain accuracy, integrity, and governance of HR data across systems including SAP SuccessFactors, Sezame, and local HRIS.
- Produce timely HR reporting, metrics, and dashboards to enable data ‑ driven decision ‑ making.
- Participate in HR / HRIS enhancement projects, automation initiatives, and process optimization activities.
- Support internal and external HR audits
3. Engagement
- Primary HR contact for assigned work sites.
- Advise line manager and employee on HR policies & procedures
- Site engagement (i.e. visit / station at assigned sites) for face-to-face interaction
- Manage and support employee relations matters (e.g. ER cases, PIP, cessation, retirement, issuance and communication for warning cases) and liaison with union
- Manage and support in the mobilization and demobilization of employees for assigned work sites (e.g. ENGIE CV, collaboration effort with other leads for deployment, exit or onboarding management of employees).

INTERNAL INTERFACES
- Partner closely with HR Business Partner on people-related matters at sites
- Support site managers on daily HR operation.
- Collaborate with cross ‑ functionally teams with as Finance, Legal, IT, Procurement, and external service providers.
- Act as a trusted operational advisor to site managers.
EXTERNAL INTERFACES
- Candidates and outsourced service providers (medical, insurance, housing, travel, payroll, benefits, and system vendors)
- Government authorities and statutory bodies
- External auditors and consultants
- Union
Experience/ Education
Required qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 6 years of HR Operations experience covering full spectrum
- Good interpersonal and consulting skills to interact with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledgeable in local employment rules and regulation
- Independently manages assigned business sites and HR projects
Specific Skills/ Knowledge
- Drives performance & improvement – Uses data and insight to optimise service delivery.
- Strong Communication skill – Clear, concise and adjust communication skill and level to the appropriate audiences (e.g. NTS works to line manager)
- Strong stakeholder management – Drive operational efficiency and group HR initiatives
