Job Summary

Manage sales activities within an assigned territory, focusing on licensed retail outlets to achieve targets, maintain customer relationships, ensure product availability, and support market growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales process within the assigned territory for licensed retail outlets to drive revenue growth
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing strategic sales plans and executing them effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensure timely and effective product distribution and maintain attractive in-store merchandising to boost sales
• Monitor stock levels regularly and implement proper stock rotation to maintain product freshness
• Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate financial and sales records
• Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and pricing trends, to inform sales strategies
• Identify and execute small-scale in-store marketing activities to increase product visibility and consumer engagement
• Support the expansion of product range within the territory to improve market coverage and sales opportunities

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 Driving License

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales or a similar field sales role
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing retail accounts
• Ability to work independently and resourcefully in a busy environment
• Strong teamwork skills demonstrated through effective interpersonal and communication abilities
• Self-motivated and responsible with a consistent follow-through on tasks
