岗位职责

Job Description

Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) administration and compliance.

  • Administration of the companys LMW licence and co-ordinate for all documentation, submission, reporting and correspondence with the Customs Department.
  • Maintain complete records for imported and locally sourced materials/components, production usage, wastage/scrap, finished goods, export, local sales, etc and other LMW-controlled transactions.

SST administration and compliance.

  • Administer companys SST compliance process, including determining the correct tax treatment of relevant transactions and maintaining complete supporting records.
  • Perform monthly SST reconciliation and prepare SST-02 return, supporting schedules and payment for timely filing through MySST

Finance And Accounting Responsibilities.

  • Handle the full set of accounts and all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting standards, practices, and principles.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of monthly accounts and management reports.
  • Ensure timely submission of bi-monthly SST returns and preparation of quarterly tax estimates. Ensure compliance with all other applicable tax and regulatory requirements, including withholding tax, etc.
  • Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory authorities on finance and accounting matters.
  • Handle ad-hoc financial matters and projects as assigned from time to time.
  • Handle staff payroll and ensure compliance with applicable employment and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRD Corp (HRDF). Handle employees claims and reimbursements.
  • Knowledge and experience in e-Invoicing, including implementation and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma, Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5 years accounting experience is required
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
