* Oversee and supervise daily construction site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project plans and specifications.

* Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, workers, suppliers and site activities.

* Ensure construction works are completed according to the project schedule and quality standards.

* Read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.

* Monitor manpower, materials, equipment and site resources.

* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety requirements.

* Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants and subcontractors to resolve site issues.

* Prepare daily site reports, progress updates and relevant project documentation.

* Monitor work progress and report delays, defects or site issues to the Project Manager.

* Ensure proper housekeeping and a safe working environment at the construction site.

* Attend site meetings and coordinate with relevant parties when required.

* Assist in managing project costs, materials and variation works where necessary.
