Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with the Employment Act and company policies.
Review and verify timesheets, attendance records, and other payroll-related documents for accuracy.
Maintain proper payroll records and prepare reports as required.
Provide prompt and professional support to employees on payroll-related enquiries and issues.
Ensure strict confidentiality of payroll and HR-related information.
Support other HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and general HR operations.
Perform administrative duties and any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
