Job Summary

As an Operations Executive for the workshop, you will oversee the day-to-day workflows and provide customer service to update clients on job progress.

Job Responsibilities:

• Job Coordinator: Organize and track vehicle repair jobs.
• Administrative Support: Preparation of invoices, DOs and purchase orders, and logging of job details.
• Customer Service: Give customers regular updates on the job progress.

Job Description:

• Scheduling of repair work for the workshop.
• Preparation of quotations, invoices, DOs, and purchase orders.
• Reporting, recording, and liaising with mechanics on details for work done.
• Conveying progress of work done to customers.
• Checking and comparing spare parts.
• Taking photos of old and new parts for records.
• Picking parts for the workshop, if necessary.
• Coordinating repairs for vehicle breakdowns, including after-office hours.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the workshop manager.

• 向客户传达及汇报当前的车辆维修进度。
• 检查并核对汽车零配件。
• 对新旧零件进行拍照，以作记录和存档。
• 如有需要，协助车间进行零件的拣选与提取。
• 负责协调车辆故障的维修工作，包括处理下班后的紧急突发状况。
• 完成车间主管/经理安排的其他临时或行政工作。

Requirements:

• Able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers (required).
• Computer literate.
• Able to work independently, self-driven, and willing to learn.
• 能够与华语客户进行业务沟通与联络。
• 精通电脑基本操作。
• 具备独立工作能力，主动性强，且乐于学习新知识。

• 6 days work week (Mon to Sat; 9am to 6pm).
• Within 5 minutes walking distance from Gul Circle MRT Station.
• Non-airconditioned workshop.
• No agents.
