Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Operations Executive will manage day-to-day operational activities, ensure smooth workflow, and oversee process improvements. The role involves effective coordination with teams, optimizing workflows, and ensuring operational efficiency. It also includes problem-solving, reporting, and communication to ensure alignment between teams and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operations and Project Management, with a focus on ensuring efficiency and managing processes effectively
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration and team coordination
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Fresh graduate is welcome
