This will role with provide excellent opportunities for career advancement within a structural design department working on projects within the Pharma, Life Sciences, Mission Critical and Food & Beverage sectors.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and review civil and structural design calculations, drawings, and specifications for building and infrastructure projects
- Support structural analysis and design of foundations, superstructures, and associated civil works using relevant design codes (e.g. Eurocodes, BS, SS)
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other disciplines to ensure integrated and buildable design solutions
- Liaise with local authorities (e.g. BCA, PUB, LTA where applicable) for regulatory submissions and approvals
- Review and evaluate contractor design submissions, shop drawings, and method statements
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve technical/design issues
- Support tender documentation, technical specifications, and bill of quantities preparation
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements, safety standards, sustainability targets, and budget constraints
- Assist in value engineering exercises and constructability reviews
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and design records throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant design experience
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g. ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro) and design tools (AutoCAD, Revit/BIM)
- Familiarity with Singapore building codes and regulatory approval processes (BCA, URA, etc.)
- Good communication and coordination skills for multidisciplinary team environments
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
