• Attend site briefings and site visits to understand project scope, site conditions, and construction requirements.
• Supervise and monitor construction works to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of the project.
• Assist in planning construction schedules and tracking project progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Identify and resolve any on-site issues or delays quickly and efficiently.
• Monitor usage of materials and ensure minimal wastage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
• Liaise with authorities for inspections and approvals as required.
• Help in assisting tender preparation, including reviewing drawings, preparing scope of work, obtaining quotations, and supporting document compilation.
• Maintain good relationships with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and consultants.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
