Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Industrial Engineer role located in Bayan Lepas. The Industrial Engineer will focus on improving manufacturing processes through data-driven analysis and innovative solutions. Daily responsibilities include performing workflow analysis, driving process improvements, analyzing production efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and implementation of industrial engineering initiatives. Additionally, the individual will contribute to the optimization of resources to enhance productivity while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering principles

• Expertise in Process Improvement and workflow optimization techniques

• Proficient Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data interpretation

• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings effectively

• Proven ability to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing methodologies is an advantage

• Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
