We're Hiring – SAP Procurement Functional Consultant (Fieldglass Techno-Functional)

We are looking for an experienced SAP Procurement Functional Consultant with Fieldglass expertise to support ongoing and upcoming Fieldglass deployment projects.

Location: Malaysia

Contract: 12-Month Contract

Open to Candidates in Malaysia Only

Vendor Management & Contingent Workforce Processes

Requirements Gathering & Solution Design

Integration with SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA / SuccessFactors

Testing, UAT, Training & Go-Live Support

Stakeholder Management & Business Process Consulting

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support SAP Fieldglass deployment projects

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions

Configure and support SAP Fieldglass modules and workflows

Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams

Support integrations between Fieldglass and SAP landscapes

Drive testing, user training, deployment, and post-go-live support

Ensure best practices for procurement and contingent workforce management

Preferred Profile

3+ years of SAP Procurement experience

Hands-on SAP Fieldglass implementation/deployment experience

Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments is highly desirable

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
