• Basic salary: Up to RM2,500

• Monthly incentives: Up to RM2,000

• Potential income: RM4,000–RM5,000

• Full training and ongoing coaching

• On-site at Bangsar South, directly above LRT Kerinchi.

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
No night shift

• Handle customer enquiries through calls

• Explain products, services, billing, and payment matters

• Update customer records accurately

• Recommend suitable services

• Perform retention and up selling

• Meet daily and monthly KPIs

• Minimum SPM or Diploma

• Entry-level / Junior Executive

• 0–2 years of experience

• Fresh graduates are welcome

• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Cantonese is an added advantage

• Positive, responsible, and willing to learn
