About the role

We are seeking a fresh graduate Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in bookkeeping and small practice accounting. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' financial management needs and maintaining strong client relationships. This position is based in Kuching, Sarawak, and you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality accounting services to our diverse client portfolio.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries for assigned client accounts

• Preparing financial statements, bank reconciliations, and trial balances in accordance with accounting standards

• Processing invoices, expense claims, and payroll information with precision and attention to detail

• Responding to client enquiries regarding their accounts and providing timely, professional support

• Liaising with clients to gather financial documentation and information required for account management

What we're looking for

• A relevant qualification in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance (such as a diploma or degree)

• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Strong numeracy skills with the ability to work accurately with detailed financial information

• No working experience is required as training will be provided

• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing error-free work

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn

• The ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environment
