Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Architectural and surveying activities
Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
Working Location: Changi
Working Hours: 5.5-days (Mon – Fri: 9am – 6pm, alternate Sat: 9am – 1pm)
Salary Package: Basic + VB
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with clients to understand their project requirements.
Estimate quantities, costs, and timelines for materials and labour.
Prepare tender and contract documents.
Identify and assess commercial risks.
Assign work to subcontractors.
Ensure projects comply with legal requirements and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and workplace safety requirements.
Carry out duties at client premises, in the office, or on construction sites as required.

Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying, or a related Engineering/Construction field.
2–3 years of relevant working experience is preferred.
Experience handling Quantity Surveying work for Plumbing and Sanitary projects is preferred.
Experience working with a Main Contractor on HDB projects and supporting tender activities is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
