Job Summary
Manage construction projects by scheduling, controlling costs, coordinating teams, liaising with stakeholders, monitoring progress, and supporting quality management to ensure effective project delivery.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of construction activities
Manage project costs by tracking expenditures and implementing cost control measures
Lead and coordinate supervisors, foremen, workers, and sub-contractors to align efforts and meet project goals
Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and main contractors to resolve site issues and facilitate effective site meetings
Monitor construction progress regularly and provide actionable recommendations to improve project management outcomes
Participate actively in implementing and maintaining the company’s quality management system to uphold standards
