Agile Project Manager – TIM

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Working Model: WFO
Experience: 8+ years IT | 5+ years Scrum Master / Project Management
Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver complex IT projects using Agile methodologies.
• Lead multiple Scrum teams and coordinate different workstreams.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive Agile adoption.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, budget, risks, and changes.
• Work closely with senior management, stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Track project progress, resolve impediments, and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage troubled projects/teams and drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master.
• 2+ years in a Senior Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager role.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience, including Waterfall.
• PMP/PRINCE2 and Agile certification such as PSM II, A-CSM, or SAFe.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Strong experience with Jira/Jira Plan/Jira Dashboards.
• Power BI or AI experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder, and vendor management skills.
• Malaysian candidates preferred; English and Mandarin proficiency preferred.

Pay: RM16,000.00 - RM17,500.00 per month
