About The Job

• Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain high-level executive relationships with key technology partners, equipment suppliers, cloud service providers, and major enterprise clients.
• Commercial Growth: Spearhead end-to-end commercial opportunities—from initial market discovery and value proposition design to complex negotiations and contract execution.
• Pipeline Operations: Implement structured CRM tools to track business pipelines, optimize sales performance, and ensure consistent revenue delivery.
• Cross-Border Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development team operating across regional and international markets
  
  

skills and requirements

• Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
• Possess 8 years of experience in B2B sales
• Proven ability to independently secure and close large-scale enterprise contracts or major capacity deals
• Proven leadership background
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage cross-border teams and build trust across diverse regional business environments
