Location: West
Work Hours: 5 days work week (Mon-Fri 9am-6.30pm)
Salary: Up to $3,500
Job Scope:
Provide technical support for computers, software, printers, Wi-Fi, email, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, resolving issues remotely or onsite.
Install, configure and troubleshoot networks, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, firewalls, VPNs and structured cabling.
Assist with CCTV installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting, including IP cameras, NVR/DVR systems and remote viewing.
Explore and support AI tools, workshops and demonstrations while maintaining technical records, user guides, support cases and client updates.
Job Requirements:
2 years’ experience in IT, technical or network support, with hands-on troubleshooting of Windows, printers, office equipment and business applications.
Basic knowledge of networking including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points.
Familiar with remote-support tools, CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVR/DVR equipment and basic IT/network setup, with willingness to travel to client sites.
Strong communication and customer-service skills, with a proactive, organised approach and interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies.
