mustard is partnering with an award-winning international studio as it expands its Singapore presence. We are seeking an ambitious Architectural Project Coordinator to join their team and make a tangible impact on large-scale, region-defining projects.

This is a highly technical role to lead detailed design coordination and bring complex commercial developments to life.

The Role

• Drive technical design proposals and detailed Revit/CAD documentation for high-profile mixed-use, retail, and commercial projects.
• Serve as the primary technical bridge between top-tier clients, internal teams, and specialist consultants to resolve complex design challenges.
• Conduct stage inspections, manage material specifications, and ensure design performance aligns with construction standards.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of architectural experience with a proven track record in technical coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to lead client meetings.
• Project running abilities and managing various stakeholders
