We're Hiring: Tender / Sales Engineer

Bakat Industri Sdn Bhd is expanding, and we want you on our team!

About Us: Bakat Industri Sdn Bhd specializes in end-to-end engineering solutions, including electrical and automation panel fabrication, Facility Management Control Systems (FMCS), Building Management Systems (BMS), and Construction Management.

What You'll Do:

• Drive sales and commercial proposals for specialized engineering projects.
• Analyze tender specifications, create BOQs, and prepare accurate technical and commercial bids.
• Work closely with clients, suppliers, and our internal engineering teams to deliver tailored automation and electrical solutions.
• Lead site walks, tender clarification meetings, and contract negotiations.

What We're Looking For:

• Background or strong knowledge in Electrical, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Practical familiarity with Panel Fabrication, BMS, FMCS, or industrial construction management.
• Strong analytical, estimation, and interpersonal skills.

Location: Taman Perindustrian Puchong, Selangor
