Role Description The Consultant role at PruBSN is a full-time position based in Shah Alam with a hybrid working arrangement that allows some work from home. In this role, the Consultant will advise customers on family takaful solutions, assess their needs, and recommend suitable products and services. The Consultant will manage and grow a portfolio of clients, conduct regular reviews, and maintain high standards of service and compliance. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing customers, preparing proposals, completing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing. The role also involves achieving sales and service targets, participating in training and development sessions, and contributing to team initiatives and community engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationship and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial and takaful concepts clearly and professionally.
• Sales, negotiation, and client portfolio management abilities, including experience meeting performance targets or key performance indicators.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer needs, interpret product features and benefits, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client engagements, documentation, and follow-ups efficiently.
• Comfort with digital tools and online platforms for customer engagement, reporting, and hybrid work arrangements.
• Relevant experience in financial services, insurance, or takaful is an advantage; fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred.
