Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional requirements.
• Analyse application data models, interfaces, reports, and upstream/downstream systems.
• Support Fenergo configuration and IT solutioning with stakeholders. Assist with project planning, execution, SIT, and UAT.
• Work closely with business users, IT teams, and project managers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years of BA experience in Banking, preferably KYC/Onboarding/CLM.
• Knowledge of SDLC and basic IT project management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fenergo experience is an advantage. PMP certification is a plus.
