Location: Upper Changi Road
Employment Type: 2-Year Contract
Basic Salary: $2,800 – $3,000
Minimum Qualification: IT Certification is mandatory for candidates who do not hold a Diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.

Job Responsibilities On-site IT Support

• Provide on-site technical support for IT-related issues involving desktops, notebooks/MacBooks, tablets, printers, plotters, MFDs, copiers and scanners.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software and peripheral-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide user support and ensure IT issues are resolved effectively.

IT Equipment & Vendor Management

• Manage IT equipment-related escalations and coordinate with external third-party vendors for maintenance and technical support when required.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely resolution of equipment-related issues.

Preventive Maintenance

• Perform preventive maintenance on laptops, workstations and MacBooks to ensure equipment remains in good working condition.
• Conduct regular checks and address potential issues proactively.

Event & VIP Support

• Provide IT equipment setup and technical support for meetings and events.
• Assist with IT setup and support during events involving VIPs and senior stakeholders.

IT Asset & Administrative Support

• Maintain and update company IT asset records using Excel spreadsheets and/or asset management portals.
• Assist with PC Tech Refresh, asset write-off and disposal exercises where required.
• Assist walk-in users at the ITCare Counter when available.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline preferred.
• Candidates without an IT/Computer Science Diploma must possess a relevant IT Certification.
• Relevant experience in on-site IT support / desktop support is preferred.
• Experience supporting MacBooks and macOS is an added advantage.
• Experience handling VIP users or senior stakeholders will be an added advantage.
• Experience in IT asset management, PC Tech Refresh, asset write-off or disposal activities will be an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently and provide professional on-site support to users.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
