Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations to ensure work aligns with project drawings and specifications
Coordinate activities with suppliers and project team to maintain workflow and schedule
Monitor progress and provide timely reports to management for informed decision-making
Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve technical and operational issues promptly
Enforce workplace safety compliance according to WSH regulations to maintain a safe work environment
Prepare clear and accurate site reports, records, and documentation for project tracking
Participate in site meetings to communicate updates and coordinate project requirements
Required competencies and certifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise with teams
Responsible and proactive work approach with the ability to work independently
