Key Responsibilities

Market Intelligence & Growth

• Track Asia Pacific Data Center demand drivers, including AI workloads, hyperscale and cloud investment, colocation expansion, power constraints, sustainability requirements, and competitor activity.
• Summarize market sizing, customer intelligence, and competitive analysis into clear briefs for regional sales and business stakeholders.
• Support prioritization of countries, segments, accounts, and sales plays with concise data, insight, and recommendations.

Market Development & Positioning

• Develop practical messaging and content that connect CommScope solutions to customer needs in AI, cloud, high-density infrastructure, resilience, and scalable growth.
• Support go-to-market activities, product launches, sales plays, and executive-ready presentation materials.
• Assist major opportunity pursuits by preparing value propositions, competitive notes, customer briefs, and stakeholder messaging.

Customer & Industry Engagement

• Support customer workshops, industry events, analyst discussions, and partner engagements with preparation materials, market insights, and follow-up actions.
• Help develop thought leadership content on Data Center market trends, AI infrastructure requirements, and CommScope's role in next-generation digital infrastructure.
• Build working relationships with customers, consultants, partners, and internal stakeholders to improve market understanding and execution support.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to gather inputs, align content, and support execution of regional market priorities.
• Assist with pricing inputs, competitive response materials, and customer engagement for high-value opportunities.
• Capture customer, channel, and market feedback and share it with relevant teams to support portfolio, marketing, and sales planning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Center, networking, telecommunications, cloud, or digital infrastructure markets.
• Experience in market development, product marketing, business development, strategic sales, or consulting.
• Strong understanding of Data Center infrastructure, AI trends, cloud, enterprise, and colocation markets.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience engaging with customers, partners, and industry organizations across Asia Pacific.

Success Measures

• High-quality market briefs, customer materials, and sales enablement content delivered on time for Asia Pacific Data Center priorities.
• Improved visibility of market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and priority opportunities for regional sales and business stakeholders.
• Practical contribution to opportunity preparation, customer engagement, launch support, and follow-through on regional growth initiatives.
