Join our dynamic team at DGSOL MARKETING' as a Customer Service professional based in Kuching, Sarawak. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and digital channels

• Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, adhering to company policies and procedures

• Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience

• Documenting and tracking customer interactions to maintain accurate records

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer requests

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support to customers

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and computer use

• Adaptability and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
