Job Description

• Patient Registration
• Front desk administrative duties
• Dispensing of medication
• Stock management of medication and clinic supplies
• Cashier duties
• General housekeeping of the clinic

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English and the ability to speak Mandarin/dialects will be an added advantage
• IT savvy
• Prior operation experience an added bonus
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Our family clinic serves a significant number of elderly patients who may not be fluent in English and often communicate in dialects such as Hokkien, Teochew, or Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin or the ability to converse in dialects would be highly beneficial.
