Department: Customer Service

Report to: Assistant Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels (e.g. phone, email, whatsapp).

• Provide accurate information, resolve issues effectively, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Process customer orders’ accurately and timely.

• Support our customers by addressing their queries and requests, where required for business purposes.

• Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Warehouse to support smooth order execution.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Monitor and track order status to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery standards.

• Support ad-hoc administrative or operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum O level or equivalent qualification/Diploma.

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in customer service in FMCG/Food industry.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with ERP or order management systems is an advantage.

• A proactive and positive team player with a service-oriented mindset.

Mon - Fri (830am - 545pm), Sat (830am -1230pm)
5.5 days (Alternate Sat)
